Worst shop ever went there to get an estimate for changing the CV axel for my SUV, she gave me a quote of over 1100 cad, did even gave a print out of that, stating 350 cad approx for part and other labour, she said it will require 3-4 hours of labour as per the system, I have got my suv cv axel changed before as well it’s just a 1-1.5 hour job , but they charging 4 hours of labour’s is just a scam, just trying to steal money out of customers pockets that’s hilarious. Their estimate price is more than double from what is quoted by the competitor like kal tire, fountain tire, etc

I like the people and service. I get a detailed list of the minor problems with my vehicle. However it would be helpful if I also received more detail on the minor problems with with a cost estimate to address the minor problems. I will continue to have my vehicle serviced NAPA AUTOP,RO.

I recently had my older Lexus into MidIsland for a complete diagnostic check and to determine an issue with my brakes that other shops could not. Great shop! They took care of my alignment, brake flush and changed my power steering fluid all in one stop. They inspected and noticed the rear wheels needed aligning and we got that all taken care of to. Thanks to Ron and his friendly crew!

I walked over just to buy some oil and without hesitation, Ron, the owner, offered to drive me back to my car, checked the oil levels, and promptly assisted in getting everything sorted.
