Came in to have my vehicle inspected as I’m a new BC resident switching everything over from Alberta. Phoned ahead of time to schedule it. When it came time for the inspection, Ron was prompt (it was done 3 hours after I brought the vehicle in) and very informative. They gave me a reasonable quote for a few items that needed work, but luckily those issues did not impact the inspection which we passed! I’ll definitely be returning in the future. I sent a vehicle for a prepurchase inspection. In spite of it being dropped off late by the dealership on a Friday, they went through the vehicle thoroughly. Subsequently they followed up with a phone call to cover the issues they found. In the end I chose not to purchase it and feel they saved me alot of money long term. All levels of service was excellent. It was money well spent.

Ron and Kamie were very easy to communicate with, very open and honest about what needed to be done. Ron was able to source out some difficult-to-find parts for my vehicle, and my vehicle is now running again, smoother and better than before.

I would not recommend using Napa Auto vehicle for pre-purchase inspection services. Based on their report, the car had a few issues, and we discussed potential costs to fix them. However, they did not mention that the vehicle was super rusted from underneath. They should have recommended not purchasing a vehicle as rusted cars cause lots of headaches to fix.
