mechanics knew what they were doing for sure. very good communication by the front desk lady. gave me constant updates by text and phone call. only thing that they were slowed down by was part availability which is plaguing everyone. 100% would go again

Moved to Nanaimo a year ago and needed some work done on my Tahoe. Ron and the team at Mid Island Automotive have been great! They always perform the right checks first to ensure they are only fixing what needs fixing. This practice always saves the customer money and gets the job done right! I highly recommend them if you need any kind of automotive repair.

By far the best service I've ever experienced from a mechanic. Ron went above and beyond to diagnose a problem that 4 other mechanics couldn't. Incredibly clean shop too.

The front right coupling was malfunctioning, no 4 wheel drive, it was repaired and also the rear brakes. Good fast service!!

Excellent customer service, very helpful, figured out a problem with my car that multiple shops could not, also did some extra work tidying up car while they were at it, highly appreciate them and they will be receiving my business if i ever need it again
