This is a great place to get work done if you are made of gold and love to throw away money. They smile nice and are friendly but beware. I was told I needed to have a ball joint replaced that didn't need it and how I could save some money by getting it done at the same time as my brake job. I had the work done elsewhere and paid less than $300 compared to Mid Islands price quote of just over $2000. so like I say if you have money to burn take your vehicle to Mid Island Automotive they will be very pleasant and smile a lot as they rip you off.
At Mid Island Automotive Repairs Ltd the safety of our customers and their families is priority number one. Unfortunately, there are some shops or backyard repair facilities that do not subscribe to the same code of ethics as Mid Island Automotive, thereby reducing a $2,000 estimate to a $300 repair. As the owner of Mid Island Automotive, I am confident enough in my team to suggest that should this vehicle return to our shop, we would still identify most if not all of the previously recommended repairs. At that point we would welcome the customer to view those concerns at no cost.
