I was very happy with the customer service that I received @ my last appointment. With my husband's work schedule, he was unable to be @ the shop for payment, but Susuan was able to get the info for the payment, and was able to process the payment. Also, because I was not able to pick up my suv, Ron parked it back in the bay of his shop so that the vehicle would be safe. THATS GREAT CUSTOMER CARE !!!!!!!!!!!!

Ron and Susan are fabulous people. Anyone that can put up with the wise a** remarks from my husband , in my books are great. Also, when I have had problems with the suv, Susan always gets me in as soon as possible. THANKS SUSAN..YOU ROCK....RON , YOU AND CODY ROCK TOO... thanks Luan Dieleman. Ps: need to rebook the pre-trip check....the monday before we go ( third Monday in July...call me on any Monday. thanks)
